Assembly meetings are the general meetings of the Members of the Melbourne Community Television Consortium Ltd. Each organisation which is a Member of the consortium is entitled to appoint three delegates to attend and vote at Assembly meetings. Any person who is a financial member of a Member organisation is eligible to be appointed as an Assembly delegate by their organisation.
Along with conducting the Annual General Meeting of the company, the key roles of the Assembly are to consider constitutional and policy decisions, and approve applications for Membership or Affiliation of the consortium.
At the Annual General Meeting, the Assembly elects a President to chair its meetings. The current President is Louis-robert Stomm.
