What is Digital Television?

Digital free-to-air TV consists of the same TV channels you currently receive through analog television, as well as some additional channels (such as ABC2, ABC3 or SBS TWO). Free-to-air broadcasters (Seven, Nine, Ten, C31 the ABC and SBS) are expected to be progressively adding new digital channels and content over the next few years.

Digital Television has a huge amount of benefits for viewers, such as widescreen visual, stereo sound and a crystal clear image.

C31 will be one of 16 channels on the Freeview network. For more information about this, please visit http://freeview.com.au/.
